Your Legal Agreement with the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any service offered by ph362 (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph362 (the "Operator," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account or placing any bets.

These Terms apply to all aspects of your use of ph362, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonuses, promotions, and customer support interactions. 4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.2 Own Payment Methods Only

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned to the source (minus any applicable transaction fees), and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, and accounts may be permanently closed.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Integrity

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

ph362 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent or illegal activity; bonus abuse; use of prohibited software or methods; failure to complete KYC verification; suspicious or irregular betting patterns; or any conduct that the Operator deems harmful to the Platform or other players.

8.2 Forfeiture of Funds

In the event of account closure due to breach of these Terms, the Operator reserves the right to forfeit any and all funds in the account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances. Any funds obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms are not considered legitimate winnings and will not be paid out.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

11. Limitation of Liability

12. Technical Issues and Game Malfunctions

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of ph362 shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.

16. Amendments to Terms

ph362 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of ph362 following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request closure of your account.
